Shipping policy
For international customers, orders are shipped and delivered via registered international courier services and/or international speed post.
For domestic customers (within India), orders are shipped through registered domestic courier partners and/or speed post.
All orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, unless a different dispatch timeline is mentioned at the time of purchase. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the courier partner and destination.
Sash Case is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the shipment to the courier partner within the stated dispatch period.
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Order confirmation and shipping updates will be sent to the email address shared at the time of placing the order.
